Came in Cartagena to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was great base for doing it. All of the staff were attentive, helpful.

Staff and amenities are good, I enjoyed it. Nothing to complain about, I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow, made me a little nervous.

My stay was good, I loved that it was spotlessly clean throughout, with delightful views and ideal lovation next to Bocagrande, the beach. Comfy beds, silent rooms. There was best staff and the service was excellent!

Fairly nice stay in the downtown area. Absolutely amazing staff and were eager to help. It's bright with perfect beds and OUTSTANDING views. Bread, pastries, yoghourt and cheese - warm breakfast.

Perfect staff and handy location! The public beach was near the hotel. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was cute. One of the best self service breakfasts were served here.

The staff was welcoming, the hotel was clean and placed in an old part of the city really close to a great beach with warm water and amazing restaurants and Cartagena. The signature restaurant around that area was the best part. Had a really great stay here.

Everything was perfect, efficient staff, particularly nice views of the ocean. They had an early check-in. The pool was excellent too. Loved the signature restaurant and its delicious cuisine.

The staff was modern, fast checkout. Variety of options for breakfast including bread, pastries, cheese and meats. Attractive & practical unit with a magnificent view, two full siE beds, for example.

Picturesque location, modern rooms, neat inside and out. Meats, fresh bread, yogurt, cheese and pastries for breakfast were fresh, and overall it was marvellous. The staff was very good, they provided amazing service.

We had a luxurious time here. We liked the comforts of this jacuzzi hotel. A lot variety of food at buffet breakfast including pastries, fresh bread, meats and yogurt to order. Late check-out was useful. Really breathtaking views, UNBEATABLE location.

Definitely value for money with location being spectacular. Big bedrooms and a marble bathroom. The food from the beach restaurant was perfect.

Fab hotel, the food is so much delicious and I loved super buper location. Bocagrande district definitely deserves exploring. Mixed drinks at outdoor bar, top notch service. Moreover, it has free wi-fi, really handy.

The hotel has immaculate staff and location, I loved it. Lots of meals for breakfast, including yogurt, meats, breads and pastries. Very comfortable beds and climate control and iron/ironing board. It's found in a very picturesque area, easy walk to many landmarks of Cartagena.

Very cool and clean enough hotel, absolutely perfect staff and superb location. Yogurt, pastries, fresh bread and meats were featured for buffet breakfast and were delicious. Found in a beautiful area. Plus, it had proximity to playa de bocagrande public beach. Such a lovely experience.

This hotel had everything we needed, we truly enjoyed views and the food. Breakfast had something for everyone - omelet and fresh fruit. Our kudos go to concierge for the hospitality! Comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Cartagena. Furthermore, we could use free WiFi.
